FAQ:
Q: Do the products from the Unrival Warehouse Sales have warranty?
A: For Gaming Accessories, faulty items are allowed to make 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days of purchase from warehouse sales. Thereafter, standard warranty applies.
*Note: Original box, packing materials and menus must be included to be eligible for the 1 to 1 exchange.
For the Gaming Consoles, there will be no 1 to 1 exchange within 7 days of purchase. Customers will need to visit the respective authorized service center for warranty coverage.
Warranty Terms:
HORI
· Hori accessories are entitled for 1-year warranty terms by ExcelGames Interactive Pte Ltd. Please check out authorized service center at Unrival store.
Warranty Policy- HORI
Warranty takes effect from the date of receipt by the user. The maintenance service will only be handled for the user in case of non-human damage performance failure after inspection by the HORI Technical Testing Center. Peripherals such as tempered screen protectors and storage bags do not participate in the one-year warranty.
Xtrfy accessories are entitled for 1-year warranty terms by ExcelGames Interactive Pte Ltd.

No warranty will be issued for the following scenarios:
1. Exceed the validity period of 1 years from date of purchase;
2. Non invoice or receipt. Invoice information does not match with product(s);
3. Damage caused by negligence, accident, unreasonable use, or by other causes unrelated to defective materials or workmanship;
4. Is used for commercial purposes;
5. Is modified or tampered with;
6. Any damage caused by the use, maintenance and adjustment not in accordance with the requirements of the User Manual;
7. Has had the serial number altered, defaced or removed. This warranty does not cover any consequential or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of the product.
8. Other warranty terms from respective product’s service centers apply.
